To install extract the file contained in the zip file to your HDD. Connect your phone to your PC and in explorer navigate to the "Launcher.exe.t1.skin" file under the windows folder. Make a back up of the original and then copy the new file into the windows folder. Soft reboot your Ominia and there you go.
