We really like how Windows Vista looks by default. But we wanted to create a user interface design that was quite different and yet highly usable.
Nearly every aspect of the Windows Vista UI is enhanced with this WindowBlinds (www.windowblinds.net) visual style including the explorer background, toolbar buttons, and many other parts of the UI that are frequently not changed by visual styles.
