To apply the theme , you need these softwares :

For Xp shellstyle :
WB 5.x : Just right click on the desktop > Properties > Appearance > Advanced
in the "XP overrides" tab check the "Always use the shellstyle defined in..."
choose one of these from the list :
INVI PRO EN3 | INVI PRO EN4
press close > Apply.
WB 6.x : run windowblinds > settings > override default settings > ...
